| Vaccines: |
Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvo,
Corona, Rabies, Bordetella, and an annual negative fecal exam. All
vaccines and fecal exam required to board at our kennel! Absolutely
no exceptions!! Copy of certificate is required from vet. |

| Charge: |
$17.00 per day. Includes food, any necessary medicine
being given and playtime. |
|
|
| Food: |
Bringing your dog's food is recommended as to not change his
or her diet. We will provide food if you so
choose. |
|
|
| Medications: |
You must provide medications in their original container
with complete dosage instructions. |
|
|
| Pet Pick-Up: |
If someone other than the person who dropped off your dog
will be picking him or her up, please leave that person's name and number
and make any other prearrangements necessary. |
|
|
| Boarding Care: |
Since our facility has
only 18 kennels, each dog gets a
lot of attention and special care while enjoying his or her stay away from
home. There is no added charge for personal or extra care because
all of our visitors are treated equally with a lot of pets and hugs while
you are away! |

|
| Fees: |
All fees are due and payable at the time of pickup. We
accept cash or checks. |
|
|
| Reservations: |
We recommend for holiday boarding reservations be made one
month in advance and weekends one week in advance. If you do not
arrive or contact us on the expected day of arrival, your reservation is
automatically cancelled. |
