My love for all animals started as a very young child. The photo shown is of me holding tight to a very ‘fat’ little puppy. Probably one of many strays I would lure home. Telling mom they always “just wandered in” is not what she believed. My father is one of my most admired people to thank for my career in boarding and training. He would have many hunting dogs for me to take care of and I always liked mixing and serving gravy train for all our canines. He was the one that started me in obedience training and made sure I would always own a dog as a kid, along with several horses.
